Core Circuit

1.    Turkish Get Up x 10 reps
2.    Rotational Deadlift x 12 reps
3.    Rotational Clean x 10 reps
4.    Rotational Lunge And Clean x 12 reps
5.    Shoulder To Shoulder Press With Squat x 10 reps.

Repeat this circuit 3-5 times with minimal rest between rounds.  Keep a fast pace!
