New E-Book coming up!

Just for a note, I have spend last few months (slowly) writing a new e-book. E-book will be called All-Round Functional Training. like this blog. That book will have 36 week all-around functional training program, plus several different shorter training programs for strongman training, kettlebells etc. I will be using sandbags, strongman equipment, kettlebells, powerlifting exercises, suspension training etc, so lots of great info and workouts are coming up! Plus there will be about 100 pictures showing the correct technique.

Before launching the book, I will post some workouts from it to this blog for you to try. So, hold on!
